Led by Sharon Johnson, this quiet, in-depth, and in person enrichment includes vestibules & options for entering times of Centering Prayer. This includes gentle restorative yoga, moving prayers, and active balancing & stretching. It will be held in the fellowship hall. Bring a brown bag lunch. Lights snacks and drinks will be provided. If you have a yoga mat, block, bolster, blankets or evo band, please bring them. Space is limited.
