Art of Moving Meditation Enrichment

Join us at CCH for this special enrichment to accompany times of Centering Prayer. The enrichment will be an introduction into the beauty and balance of directed motion, designed to integrate body, mind and spirit. Beginning aspects of Qi Gong breathing practices will be introduced along with basic concise movements from the Ip Seon tradition of Tai Chi. These will be presented in a way to accommodate all participant levels of physical balance in 25-35 minute sessions. Moving Meditation led by Scott Taylor and Centering Prayer will be led by Bob Breckbill. Please bring a brown bag lunch.
