9:00 – 10:30          Welcome, Introductions, Two periods of Centering Prayer

10:30 – 11:00         Break, Prayerful Movement, Silence & solitude

11:00 – Noon          One period of Centering Prayer, followed by Lectio Divina

Noon – 1:00           Lunch, Silence & solitude

1:00 – 1:30            Video

1:30 – 2:45            Two periods of Centering Prayer

2:45 – 3:00              Closing circle and Sending Forth
