All are invited to go deeper in stillness and silence in this Sacred Embodiment offering. This retreat will be held online and in person in the Fellowship Hall at The Church of Conscious Harmony. Focus for this Restorative Retreat will be surrendering into stillness & quietness through gentle postures and movements in all 3 centers. In-person registration is limited to 25. Online registration has no limit. Bring a brown bag lunch if attending in-person.
