(TBD?) Half-Day Centering Prayer Retreat – Sat., April 11th 9:00am-12:30pm
Doors open at 8:30am for check-in and refreshments.  Cost is $10. To aid in planning for the retreat, we request that you register (including payment) at least two days prior to the retreat.

(PAUSED) Intercessory Prayer Circle – Sunday’s 9:15-9:45am
Barbara Cook’s passion for prayer permeates the CCH community. Many do not realize that for decades Barbara met weekly to pray for thousands of prayer requests, needs and concerns conveyed to the CCH community from its members and beyond. At CCH, we believe in the power of prayer, under the metaphysical principles that: what we hold in mind, unfolds in kind and where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am also. Our wish is to expand the opportunity for wider prayer participation for the community. To that end, the former Wednesday prayer circle is transitioning to Sunday mornings at 9:15am – 9:45am in the Scriptorium classroom (2nd classroom on the right). The method of our intercessory prayer circle will allow you to join or depart the circle anytime during that 30-minute prayer circle, as your schedule allows. Drop ins are welcome.

Morning Centering Prayer Service – Beginning Monday, March 23
This service is normally held in Theosis Chapel daily from 7:00-7:35am. While the church campus is closed due to COVID-19, this service will be offered via Zoom. To participate:
1. Click on this link and Zoom should open automatically on your laptop or tablet: https://zoom.us/j/4909914302 or

(PAUSED) Yin Yoga Class
Mondays 6:00-7:15pm at The Church of Conscious Harmony
Cost: $15 suggested donation/class  (pre-registration requested – see details below)

About the Class:
This class will be a gentle and heart-centered Yin Yoga class held in the fellowship hall. All levels of experience and body types are welcome, whether you are new to the mat or have a desire to practice conscious movement with others who are on the spiritual journey. The goal of Yin Yoga is to soften the contraction of the muscles so that the deeper connective tissue can be accessed. This process involves compassionate self-observation, feeling deeply, letting go of constriction, and allowing subtle shifts. It promotes embodiment and surrender.

A little bit about Damey
Damey was introduced to yoga in 2011 at a time of intense transition in her life. Yoga provided a grounding unlike she had ever experienced, and it kept calling her back to the mat as a practitioner until her teacher training in 2018. After completing Waking Yoga, a trauma informed yoga training at Yoga Yoga, she has a deep wish to provide a safe and loving space for individuals to feel into their bodies and trust the wisdom they find there.

*Please email Damey at AwakenedHeartAustin@gmail.com for class schedule, registration details, and package options. Walk-ins are welcome, but please arrive 15 min. early.

“Yoga is not about holding a pose or doing it right, but rather allowing the movement to inform us of our constriction physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is a doorway to healing. Come join me in this moment to moment consent to awaken our hearts to love.” -DM
