The Church of Conscious Harmony
Beginning May 3rd
Cost $10/class (no pre-registration required)
About the Class:
This class will be a gentle and meditative vinyasa class focusing on mindful movement and breathing. It is designed for those in the CCH community interested in working with the moving center. All body-types and experience levels welcomed, encouraged, and cared for. Any CCH congregant cleared by your physician for light exercise may attend. It will be held in the fellowship hall.
Abi started her yoga journey in 2013. In the middle of an extremely dark time, the practices of yoga lead her into the silence and through the storm that was raging on in her life. Only a few short months after her first class, Abi felt the call to teach and share the powerful tools of yoga with others. She was certified in 2014 and has been teaching group classes and private lessons since. In 2015, Abi moved to Austin and started attending The Church of Conscious Harmony, becoming a member in 2016. The teachings and aim of CCH have greatly informed her yoga practice and she is honored to be able to lead members of the church in this three-centered practice. Abi is currently enrolled in Yoga Yoga’s 1000 hour, IAYT Accredited Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and is able to meet the needs of a wide array of yoga practitioners.
